telephone system is an Avaya Network Alchemy 'Argent Office 4' with 'Argent Phone 8' for connection of up to 8 low cost analogue phones (or 7 phones and one fax machine) to two ISDN 2e, digital telephone lines, with
total of 4 channels (this is equivalent to 4 separate telephone lines). Standard telephony software includes voicemail software (providing separate, flexible, mail boxes for all extensions and all workgroups); Phone
Manager Lite (user interface for each workstation for reporting of incoming call details, speed-dial lists, call history lists and headset controls); Manager Program (for customisation and set-up of telephone
controller); Call Status Program (to allow on-screen monitoring of all telephone system activity) and TAPI driver program (for integration of CTI functionality such as screen based dialling and incoming call detail
reporting).
The combined TCM and telephony package includes up to two days of installation, set-up and user training, with one year comprehensive warranty support on the telephone system. This special offer is
