‘This folder contain data, but nothing passed through the filter’
The reason you are seeing the message
‘This folder contains data, but nothing passed through the filter’
is because the TCM4000 filters are set to not allow anything through them. To change this start TCM4000 and from the ‘Display menu’ select the ‘Filter bar’ option.
When you have selected the ‘Filter bar’ option you will see a new toolbar at the bottom of the TCM4000 screen. (See image below)
You use the filter buttons to show only the events that you want to see in the Company/Contact folder. Depress the buttons to show the events you want to see in the Company/Contact folder and then click the ‘Apply now’ button.
The filter buttons from left to right are: Incoming calls, Outgoing calls, Incoming letters, Outgoing letters, Incoming attachments, Outgoing attachments, Incoming E-mails, Outgoing E-mails, Notes, Meetings.
The three buttons after the ‘Apply now’ button are: All Filters off (nothing will be passed through the filters) All Filters on (every event will pass through the filters) Other filter combinations
